We are aware of the confidential nature of these contracts and offer a written guarantee that these sites will remain within WaterCare Service and are not handed to our own sales team.
We offer a full site survey service. This provides a comprehensive breakdown and cost analysis of all the water treatment requirements on site. Working closely with the company’s research and development team, we can ensure that you are offered the most cost effective solution to any water related problem.
We are so confident of our service that, whenever we are monitoring and exchanging Calcium Treatment Units (CTUs) and Reverse Osmosis Systems (ROs), we offer a guarantee against lime scale related problems. We will offer this guarantee as long as we are able to carry out the exchanges according to water hardness and capacity as appropriate. Why is water treatment so important?
Some see water filters as just another annoying cost to their business, but experienced caterers realise that not having a suitable treatment system for their beverage equipment will result in a much higher cost. Not only will a regularly replaced water filter guard against the harmful effects of lime scale and chlorides on equipment, it will also improve the quality of the beverages you serve to ensure your customers keep coming back for more.
Replace your filters regularly – don’t run on empty! Regular replacement of your water filters is essential to remove scale and impurities. Depending on the hardness of your water and the volume of water being used, we can calculate when your filter needs replacing. Ask us for a sample container so we can check your local water quality. Return the container to us in the Free-Post envelope provided and we will analyse the sample. We will then send you the results together with our recommendations.
Register your CTU
Registering your CTU will enable us to monitor water usage and exchange at the correct intervals. This will minimise costs and maximise protection. You will have complete peace of mind that your coffee machine or combi oven is protected from lime scale and will continue to run efficiently. (Please advise form fields to show here)
Free water test kit instructions
In order to get the best and efficient use of your CTU and to help us set up a managed exchange programme it is imperative that you send a sample of your non-treated water. Our chemists at European WaterCare will test the water to ascertain the best exchange schedule for your water type.
