Our fully qualified team of Service Co-ordinators and Service Technicians ensure peace of mind to all our customers. WaterCare Service currently services over 10,000 sites throughout the UK including restaurants, schools, nursing homes, hospitals and large blue chip organisations.
It is vital to provide the client with on-going protection from water related problems through managed maintenance, service and exchange programs.
We service large group contracts on behalf of our clients and can offer own-branded products that we can offer under YOUR name. We are aware of the confidential nature of these contracts and offer a written guarantee that these sites will remain within WaterCare Service and are not handed to our own sales team.
WaterCare Service has a policy of directly employing technicians – we do not sub-contract or use outside ‘third-party’ contractors. This enables us to regularly monitor the standard of workmanship and maintain the high standards of service our clients expect. All our technicians are fully trained to a high standard in our own products and those of other equipment suppliers.
Our technicians are fully proficient with the ProNett system and are currently using this on as number of contracts we hold – ProNett is a system being used more and more by large organisations and facilities management companies to allow the central control and management of re-active and pro-active planned maintenance repairs on a multi-site, multi-regional property basis.
Our experienced customer service team will provide an efficient, professional service to our customers whilst backing up our engineers.
We provide nationwide coverage allowing us to provide support across the country. We have depots in Harlow, Manchester and Salisbury and are looking at investing in further hubs in the future. Our service operation in managed in-house using JobLogic and all our engineers carry pda’s. This allows for real-time job-updates and completions which add to the efficiency of the service department providing quick response times, efficient communication with our clients and up-to-the-minute updates. Service visits and filter exchanges are carried out at the appropriate intervals to provide the most cost effective solution to our clients needs.
We offer a full site survey service. This provides a comprehensive breakdown and cost analysis of all the water treatment requirements on site. Working closely with the company’s research and development team, we can ensure that you are offered the most cost effective solution to any water related problem.
We are so confident of our service that, whenever we are monitoring and exchanging Calcium Treatment Units (CTU’s) and Reverse Osmosis Systems (RO’s), we offer a guarantee against lime scale related problems. We will offer this guarantee as long as we are able to carry out the exchanges according to water hardness and capacity as appropriate.
