Once your CTU filter is reaching the end of its lifespan, speak to our team about the process for returning your filter for regeneration. We can track your filter and suggest an exchange date or you can provide this yourself.
We receive your filter at our recycling centre
Once we receive your used filter, we get to work on recycling and regeneration processes, using all of the tools at our disposal to significantly reduce waste and support our eco-friendly, circular approach to water treatment.
Your filter is regenerated and recirculated
Once regeneration is complete, the CTU filter is then supplied to one of our customers. We conduct our processes to a high standard, ensuring the result of every recycling process results in a new, high-performance filter.
You receive a credit on your account to reduce cost
We add credits to your account for all returned CTU filters, reducing the overall cost of future filter purchases and contributing towards our environmentally friendly approach to filtration solutions.
