Commercial appliances require a minimum water pressure and flow rate to operate correctly. Where the available supply cannot meet these requirements, equipment may fill slowly, perform inconsistently or generate low-pressure faults.
A correctly specified booster pump increases the available delivery pressure and supports the required flow to connected equipment. Common applications include commercial kitchens, warewashing equipment, water-treatment systems and other water-fed appliances.
A pump cannot compensate for every supply problem. The incoming pressure, available flow, pipe size, peak demand and appliance requirements should all be assessed before installation.
