Glasswashing and dishwashing is all about the finished article – crystal clear, clean, sparkling crockery, plates and glasses. A major factor in clean results is the quality of water used in the rinse. However, the properties of water can differ greatly from region to region and the different impurities contained within this water will affect the results of any clean cycle.

Limescale is also an aesthetic problem as it will leave behind spots and marks on glasses and dishes which then need to be polished by hand! Apart from the increased time spent polishing up ‘clean’ glasses and dishes, breakages can occur with this additional handing.

Ensuring a Great Wash

Our Automatic Commercial Hot Water Softeners will remove the hardness salts from the incoming water supply, thus eliminating all scale related problems, improving wash quality and reducing the amount of detergent and chemicals used. Effective for water up to 60 degrees Celsius.

Automatic softeners only requires salt to be re-filled every 3 to 4 weeks. Automatic Softeners are available with timer-control (regenerates same time everyday) or meter-controlled (regenerates when softener capacity has exhausted).
