Water Treatment for Dish Washing & Glass Washing

Perfect Results

Dish & glass washing is all about the finished article. Crystal clear, clean, sparkling crockery, plates and glasses.

A major factor in clean results is the quality of water used in the rinse. However, the properties of water can differ greatly from region to region and the different impurities contained within this water will affect the results of any clean cycle.

Hard water with a high level of carbonate hardness will cause problems when the water is heated up, creating lime scale which can start to build up on important machine parts. This will in turn push energy consumption up and reduce the life of the equipment. Machine downtime reduces cost effectiveness, whilst maintenance and repair costs will rise.

In the case of dish and glass washing, lime Scale is also an aesthetic problem as it will leave behind spots and marks on glasses and dishes which then need to be polishes by hand! Apart from the increased time spent polishing up ‘clean’ glasses and dishes, breakages can occur with this additional handing.
