In-House Laboratory

Quality Assurance is provided through our in-house laboratory. The Laboratory supports both our manufacturing process and our customers. Rigorous quality control is essential for the chemical processes required to regenerate calcium treatment units.

The laboratory solves specific water treatment problems for clients. As well as quantifying and confirming water hardness, for example, we also run analysis to identify the level of chlorides in mains water.

Each regenerated batch of CTUs is quarantined and tested to ensure maximum working efficiency. Using an atomic absorption process we check to make sure that any heavy metals extracted by the CTU from the customer’s water supply (such as lead or copper) have been thoroughly removed by the regeneration process. Under the microscope a final visual check ensures there are no damaged or split beads and that the beads are within our specification for the CTU.

Free Water Testing Service

Ask us for a sample container so we can check a sample of your local water quality. Return the container to us in the Free-Post envelope provided and our in-house laboratory will analyse the sample and send you the results together with our recommendations’.
