Our in-house laboratory is managed by Rob Mallerman, a fully qualified and experienced industrial chemist.
The laboratory supports both our manufacturing processes and our customers.

Pictured left is a microscopic image of the resin beads inside a regenerated CTU prior to release to the customer.
Each regenerated batch of CTUs is quarantined and tested to ensure maximum working efficiency. Using an ‘atomic absorption' process we check to make sure that any heavy metals extracted by the CTU from the customer's water supply (such as lead or copper) have been thoroughly removed by the regeneration process. Under the microscope a final visual check ensures there are no damaged or split beads and that the beads are within our specification for the CTU.

SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS:
The laboratory solves specific water treatment problems for clients. As well as quantifying and confirming water hardness, for example, we also run analysis to identify the level of chlorides in mains water.
High levels of chlorides can ‘eat' the stainless steel interior of some combination ovens – a problem solved using our reverse osmosis water treatment system, which has been specifically designed for combi and steam ovens.

We manufacture a range of products for all major forms of water treatment including calcium treatment, filtration, softening, demineralisation and reverse osmosis.
Our specialism is designing and manufacturing products to meet specific client needs, such as our recently launched range of Reverse Osmosis water treatment systems to meet the demands of all but the largest dishwashers.

Supported by a dedicated team of knowledgeable and helpful Technical Service Co-ordinators – who deal with your calls – our engineers also benefit from the latest computerised customer-service software.
