MAINTENANCE PLAN

| For a single annual payment, European WaterCare will carry out all scheduled maintenance. This includes all parts and labour. Annual Maintenance Contract includes our ‘Mineral-Free’ guarantee. |

| TOTALCARE GOLD |
| For a single annual payment, European WaterCare will provide, install and maintain the TotalCare system. This even includes emergency break-down cover. TotalCare packages also include our ‘Mineral-Free’ guarantee. TotalCare Gold contracts can be arranged over 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 years. |

| WHAT IS ‘MINERAL FREE GUARANTEE’? |
| Where the TotalCare system is covered by a Maintenance Plan or TotalCare Gold contract, then European WaterCare guarantee to meet the direct parts and labour cost for repairing any oven fault caused by dissolved minerals in the steam generator water supply. |

| WARRANTY |
| All TotalCare systems are covered by a 12 month parts and labour warranty. Water quality can be guaranteed if the TotalCare system is sized, installed and commissioned by European WaterCare's fully trained engineers. |
